  • The FCTRY LAb Duck Boot is a special edition item and is only eligible for:

    • Size exchange for the same product, or

    • Return for STORE CREDIT, subject to a handling/restocking fee of $50

    • Refunds to the original payment method are NOT available for this product under any circumstances, except where required by law.

GENERAL Exchange POLICY

  • How we process Exchanges:
  • You return the original pair in new, unworn condition.
  • Once received and approved, we issue STORE CREDIT (less any applicable fee).

  • You may then use that store credit to purchase the correct size.

  • At the end of this process, you have paid for one pair of boots plus any applicable fees.

  • If you prefer not to wait for your return to be processed, you may purchase the desired size or style upfront and then return the original pair under our standard return rules. In this case:

    • The new purchase is a separate transaction and is charged in full.

    • The returned pair will be refunded according to the product’s return rules (STORE CREDIT ONLY), less any applicable fees.

    • Buying a second pair in advance does NOT convert a store‑credit‑only return into a refund to the original payment method.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. You must request and return the item within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

You’ll receive return authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return label (unless stated otherwise).

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@fctry.la so we can resolve the issue.

Please share photos / videos of the shoe, the shoe carton (with the shoe size sticker visible).
